The García Ojeda Group head office occupies an area of 1,600 sq m laid out on three floors of the left wing of the Hotel Hesperia Parque Central building, which is owned by the Group.
The second floor houses the central administration department, president’s office and executive management departments. The third floor is occupied by the construction company, the offices of VGO 2000 (head of the company holding) and the department of human resources and the fourth floor is occupied entirely by the hotel division.
The premises are functional and modern, and were inaugurated in 2002. They are equipped with the latest computer technology, with a car park for employees inside the hotel facilities.
The offices are set in a privileged area, on the southern corner of the future Parque Central, with 300,000 sq m of parkland, in an important communications area that is just fifteen minutes’ walk from the city centre.
