Construjesa 2000, S.A., set up in1994, is the Group’s construction firm. It was created for the exclusive purpose of dealing with the operating needs of the real-estate group originally forming the parent company. Since that time, in addition to attending to the needs arising from the Group’s construction activity itself, it intervenes in third-party operations with the characteristics that make it possible to apply the quality, timing and cost parameters based on which Construjesa habitually carries out its projects.
Its track-record is endorsed by both its staff, 10% of whom are qualified technical staff, including Civil Engineers, Architects and Draughtsmen, and technological resources, the number of homes it has built and completed and the great variety of types of building constructed:
homes in cities and on the coast, semi-detached residential estates, apartments and chalets, and hotel establishments..
The group’s figures for the past few years are 40 million euros, 400-600 homes built per annum and geographic coverage from Puerto de Sagunto to Sotogrande in Cádiz, along the Mediterranean coastline. It also has offices in Valencia, Alicante and Marbella.  |
