The García Ojeda real-estate group is a business association with a construction company and a group of development companies which operates in the communities of Valencia, Murcia, Andalusia and Madrid. The Group also owns a hotels division that manages and operates its own and other hotels in Spain.
The group’s real-estate development business focuses on urban and coastal property development and it has diversified its activities considerably over the past few years to include the development of all types of constructions under both liberal and protected regimes, urban developments and second homes.
With more than fifteen years of business experience and over 4500 homes constructed and delivered, the aim of the García Ojeda Group is to consolidate its activities in the Valencian Community and carry out a controlled, selective expansion in the Mediterranean region that extends from Castellón to Cádiz.
